Say hello to Mims! Who's Mims? We created Mims to help the team raise awareness, educate, and drive positive outcomes for our customers as the new Consumer Duty rolls out.

Why Mims? Mims stands for "make it make sense to me" - a mantra we're following to help our customers understand how the new Consumer Duty affects them in everyday human language. 

My task
I was tasked with coming up with a concept/character to be the spokesperson for consumer duty. Once I had the character design signed off, I began designing for other channels to communicate consumer duty.
